Cancellation requests must be made immediately within 1 hour after placing the order

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Refunds or replacements are possible only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Please report any such issue to our Customer Service on the same day of receiving the product.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Service team within the same day.

Once verified, we’ll work on a suitable resolution.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
